2. Services
KMS Insulations provides loft insulation installation, spray foam removal, loft clearances, floor insulation, loft hatch and ladder fitting, drone thermal inspections, and related services across the UK. All services are subject to a free initial survey and agreed quotation before any work begins.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are inclusive of labour, materials, and waste disposal unless explicitly stated otherwise. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion.
4. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of agreement to cancel without reason and receive a full refund of any deposit paid. To cancel, please contact us in writing at admin@kmsinsulations.com or by post to our registered address.
5. Guarantees and Warranties
All All Seasons Foil (SuperQuilt) installations carry a manufacturer guarantee as specified at the time of quotation. KMS Insulations provides a 2-month post-installation quality inspection on every job as standard. Guarantees apply to the product and installation workmanship under normal domestic use.
6. Liability
KMS Insulations LTD carries public liability insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property during all work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer modifications to completed installations.
